The license agreement is an agreement project between the user, whether individual or sector, and the Deanship of Information Technology on the use of software licensed to KAU by the IT Deanship under the terms of service, and instructions for maintaining information security and network-based which are as the following:

• User must be an employee in KAU or legally mandated within one university's sectors.
• Use the software within the KAU network only.
• The use of special software will be as available for sectors or users.
• Non-participation of any third party other than KAU staff in this service.
• Use the software on hardware sector within the scope of its network user.
• IT Deanship can, without prejudice to any other rights, terminate this license if the user does not comply with its provisions.
• User name and password confidential, shall not be given or shared.
• IT Deanship is not obligated to quickly downloading the programs, but according to the available network and communication lines.
• IT Deanship is not obligated to provide any update on programs, but this is done according to the available possibilities.
