About the Management

Security techniques Unit was created by a decision of the Dean of Information Technology No. 112840 in 04/05/1435 H. It is responsible for the development, Implementation and maintenance of information technology security programs. The Unit plays a leading and unique role sharing with other IT departments.

Management Tasks

• Supervision to control and monitor access to resources.
• Apply Web Application Firewall on the various IT Web systems of Deanship of IT
• Correlate events resulting from systems to know the probability of the Presence of security breaches
• Monitor the performance of information security systems across a range of Programs.
• Conduct tests on all systems to ensure the security of information.
